Delicious organic molasses cookies, carefully prepared according to a traditional recipe. Made with green molasses rather than fancy molasses, they are soft and flavorful. These cookies will delight your taste buds while providing a rich source of iron, fiber, protein, and omega-3s.
Family pack containing 20 cookies, designed to last 4 weeks of lunchs.
I am myself a mom who was looking for natural, nutritious, and tasty options for my children's lunch boxes. After several tries, I created recipes that children enjoy while prioritizing simple, healthy, and nutritious ingredients: no refined sugar, rich in whole grains, free of artificial ingredients, and enriched with superfoods.
Because health is a priority for me, I especially favor:
Date powder instead of refined sugar
High-fiber and high-protein flours, such as oat flour and whole wheat flour
Quality olive oil instead of butter
Superfoods, such as ground flaxseeds
I decided to offer my cookies to other parents who, like me, want to simplify lunch boxes and offer their children healthier snacks, without compromising on taste!
